Sean's parents gave him a very special gift for graduation, his grandfather's Rolex watch. His grandmother (Gran) bought it for his grandfather (Bamps) in June of 1954, prior to him leaving for Officer's Candidate school at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Sean's dad said that Bamps wore this watch daily, until he was admitted to an assisted living facility due to alzheimers disease. Although the watch should pass on to Sean's dad, Gran agreed to let it be a gift for Sean's graduation. What an honor it was for Sean to receive this watch. He has worn it everyday since.
